Graduands (applicants) are reminded to read the below guidelines carefully before making a carpark space reservation for Graduation Ceremony 2024.

1. All applications should be submitted online. Only 1 application (1 time shot) from each applicant will be allowed.
2. Application period will be commenced from 1 November on a first-come-first-served basis for parking on Graduation Ceremony on 16 November, 30 November and 7 December 2024 only. All applications should be made at least 1 day prior to the requested parking time slot. We reserve all right to refuse entry of any vehicle without prior registration.
3. On-site application is not normally allowed unless there are vacant space available.
4. Parking fee will be charged at (a) HK$25 /hour (for the first 2 hours), (b) HK$50 /hour (for the 3rd hour), and (c) HK$100 /hour (for the 4th hour and onwards). Rates are based on per each 1 hour or part thereof, i.e. Parking time less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour.
5. All parking fees will be settled by Octopus. No cash or other payment method will be accepted.
6. All the fields in the online form should be filled and all information provided should be correct.
7. Result of the online application would be notified via email after verification.
8. To facilitate the refurbishment works for parking spaces, temporary traffic arrangement will be implemented in Cho Kwai Chee Foundation Car Park. Please observe car park signages and follow the direction of duty guard.
9. The applicant's personal data will be handled by the Estates Office of the University in connection with the carpark space reservation and parking administration in accordance with the EdUHK personal data privacy policy. 10. The University reserves the right of final decision on the application and allocation of parking space.
