Promoting Active Aging: Empowering Older Adults through the Train-the-Trainer Paradigm this program aims at enhancing older adult’s physical activity promotion by using the Train-the-trainer approach. Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong – Jockey Club Walking Football Project” This is a mixed-method longitudinal research study which aimed to examine the effectiveness of the walking football training on improving participants’ level of physical fitness, walking football skills and psychological status.
