Caring Teacher Award (CTA)
I have always upheld the philosophy of 'strengthening the body through sports, and nurturing the soul through dance. I firmly believe that education is not merely the transfer of skills, but also a Companionship of the heart. In all my teaching, I guide students to explore themselves, embrace differences, and cultivate resilient perseverance in the face of challenges. During practicum supervision, I listen to their concerns, promptly help them adjust strategies, and accompany them through their growth. In these interactions, they experience the educator's genuine care for their physical and mental well-being, and come to appreciate the warmth of education. I hope that upon graduation, my students will take with them not only professional competencies, but also a heart nurtured by care.
