Students as Co-designers: Interdisciplinary/Interprofessional Student-Educator Partnership
Across institutions, students and educators partnered to co-design teaching and learning (T&L) activities. These dynamic partnerships have reimagined curricula, inspired fresh perspectives on learning, and cultivated a vibrant, supportive T&L community that extends well beyond the classroom.

Nurturing Growth: Enhancing Competence in Pedagogy and Care for Children Aged 0 – 3
The early years of a child's life, particularly from birth to age three, are critical for cognitive, emotional, and social development. During this formative period, children undergo rapid brain development and establish foundational skills that will impact their future learning and well-being. In regions like Hong Kong and Mainland China, the role of educators and caregivers is paramount in fostering an environment conducive to optimal development.

This project aims to enhance the pedagogical and caregiving competencies of professionals working with children aged 0-3. By providing targeted training and resources, we seek to empower educators and caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environments. Through a combination of field visits, workshops, seminars, online resources, and community engagement, we will address key developmental areas for children under 3, while also considering the cultural contexts of different counties. Our goal is not only to improve teaching practices but also to develop comprehensive support systems that enhance the overall quality of care and education.
