Professional Profile

YB received his PhD degree in Education from the University of Hong Kong. He was a senior curriculum development officer of the Education Bureau, specializing in Life-wide Learning and Invitational Theory. He had also been an experienced guidance master serving in a secondary school for more than 10 years.
