Empowering Multilingual and Multicultural Education in the Digital Age This project intends to achieve the following two objectives: 1) building our teaching capacity by promoting blended learning for modern languages to cater to our students with diversified needs and interests; and 2) enriching our university’s internationalization policy by creating a web-based free-accessible platform for self-learning a variety of languages.
