Personal Profile

Mr. Siu Ka Man is a passionate and experienced sports professional with over 18 years of dedicated service in the industry. Currently serving as a Lecturer II and Associate Programme Leader at The Education University of Hong Kong, Tom brings a wealth of experience in sports management, youth development, event management and social service.


Tom holds a Master's degree in Sports and Leisure Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and he has a strong background in organizing successful sports events and competitions, from local to international levels, including the Olympic Games in 2008. Tom's dedication to coaching and mentoring young athletes is evident in his extensive experience at Non-governmental organizations, where he has developed and implemented successful sports training programmes and nurtured the next generation of athletes. Tom is also committed to promoting sports and healthy lifestyles within the community, as well as to promote corporate sustainability when he was working in the charity section of local bank.


Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tom is an active participant in the sports community, holding certifications as a certified referee in the Hong Kong Badminton Association and other instructor certificates.
