Personal Profile

Dr. Paul Chan obtained his Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Mathematics), and Doctor of Philosophy (Public Health) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as Master of Education (Guidance and Counseling) from The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chan further completed a PhD-level program in implementation science at Linköping University, Sweden. His research areas include behavioral health, mental health, health promotion, and implementation science.
